STEP 2 – PROPOSAL & DEPOSIT

Following our consultation, we provide a detailed design proposal that outlines the vision for your project. Once you approve the proposal and submit your deposit, we officially begin the design process.

STEP 3 – BASE MODEL CREATION

With your deposit secured, our design team creates a precise base model of your home and existing exterior space. At this stage, we also schedule a Zoom video call to discuss initial concepts and gather inspiration to refine the design direction.

STEP 4 – DESIGN MAGIC

Here’s where the transformation begins! Our team meticulously crafts a custom design that incorporates every detail from our conversations. We focus on functionality, aesthetics, and premium outdoor living elements to create a space that exceeds expectations.

STEP 5 – DESIGN REVEAL

Once the design is complete, we invite you to a 3D virtual tour via Zoom, where you can experience your future outdoor space before construction even begins. This interactive session allows you to provide feedback, and we can even make minor adjustments live during the call.

STEP 6 – DESIGN FINALIZATION

After incorporating any requested revisions, we finalize your design and provide comprehensive documents for your construction team. Now, the only thing left to do is watch your private outdoor retreat come to life!
